How do I get the lowest prices possible to sell beauty products like Joico&Redken out of my E-Bay Store?

My wife and I are interested in selling beauty supply products on E-Bay, such as Joico Shampoo/Conditioner, Nioxin Shampoo/Conditioner, Redken Conditioning Treatment, etc., and we already have our business license for our store front salon. How do we go about contacting these companies to become direct purchasers from them, and is this the best way to get the lowest prices for these designer type hair products for the direction we are trying to take?

1. Yeah...good luck with that. In order to purchase salon products you have to be a licensed professional or a salon owner. And, nearly all the companies who manufacture salon products only allow them to be sold at professional salons. Any other sale is considered "product diversion" & they DO NOT look kindly upon that.
