How much do hairstylists spend on beauty products to care for their customers?

I know someone that is really wanting to become a hair stylist. How much does a stylist spend on products monthly to take care of their customers. We are in the process of making up a budget, so any answers would be great.

1. I wouldnt think that much cause when they do buy they buy in bulk. i would say that bulk is the key!!!
