Where can I donate used hair and beauty products?

I have a lot of half and 2/3 full bottles of various hair and face products. Is there anyplace I could donate these items? It seems a shame to throw it all away now that I've found what works.

1. No one will take them. Once personal products are opened no one can give them away (like Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc.) nor can they sell them.
2. I'm not sure if anyone will take them... But you could try your local women's shelter or maybe a halfway house for women and girls. I'd call and ask. The worst they can do is say no.
