any make up tips?

First of all, do you have any make up tips and tips for my hair because its really really really thick and black!! So do you have any hair styles!! .Well i am a girl shaved my upper lip becuase i thought it looked bad, but i didnt know back then that i shoulnt shave( and my mom didnt know about it) and now my upper lip is darker than the rest of my face. I tried waxing but it doesnt work so do y'all have any tips!!!

1. well about your hair you could get it thinned so it wont be as thick
