And have helped you become a confident person? :] My beauty secret is really well known, but you can use your concealer and moisturiser as a perfect eyeshadow primer. It's just like mixing medium! What are your beauty secrets you are willing to share? n_n.

1. 1. i exfoliate at least once a week (my lips included) 2. i use moisturizer on my face & neck, not lotion 3. i deep condition my hair at least once every 2 weeks 4. i put vaseline on my feet and place the in plastic bags from the grocery store to make the softer
2. I never go out of the house without wearing sunblock. Moisturize - Night cream at night and a light moisturizer during the day. Exfoliate at least twice a week. Exercise. and eating lots of fruits and vegetables. no salt, so saturated and trans fat and very very minimal sugar.
