  4. put your shampoo on BEFORE you get in the shower when your hair is still dry. wait 3 min. then just get in the shower, wash it off, and then use conditioner. that makes hair softer.

  6. Well it would help a little if I got an idea of what kind of complexion and hair you had and if your "zit" issue was isolated or a bigger problem. If you tend to have oily skin a good facial cleanser in the morning and evening can help alleviate that and using a moisturizer that tones down oils are good too. Easy zit solution... dab a little toothpaste on the spot and leave it there over night. The cleanser you're using in the AM and PM should help with the oils in your skin to prevent future breakouts. Weight loss... Being sensible is the easiest way to go. Drink plenty of water. Avoid excessive snacking and exercise whenever you can. Hair, depends on what you have.. I use Herbal essences line and I like it a lot. They have for all hair types.

  8. don't wash your hair with hot water, it will make your hair colour fade. put conditioner on your hair, wait for about 3-5 minutes and then wash with cold water, it will make your hair shinier. putting egg white on your face will tighten it. conditioner works better when your hairs dry because when you put conditioner on while your hair is wet, it'll just slide out. for weight lost, cross out pop and other junk foods off your list of foods but if you REALLLLY wanna drink some pop just add lots and lots of ice in it so you'll be drinking more water then pop (even if it'll taste weird) sorry, thats all i can think of right now

For ZITS: never ever scrub ur skin wen u hv pimples...it'll spread the bacteria which cause pimples n then u'll hv more pimples....DONOT touch ur pimples... 1st stop touching ur pimles Use "glycerine based" soap/face wash use a mild cleansing milk specially for oily skin n then wash ur face n put on anti bacterial toner or pore tightening lotion(Loreal has one) If u hv only scars n very few pimples use this home remedy...its gr8...helped me a lot:take 3 table spoons of milk n squeeze in 2 table spoons of lemon juice..the milk will curdle...put the curds on ur face for 15-20 min n then wash ur face n put on any good moisturizer....always put sunblock b4 going out..... do c a dermatologist for acne....my dermatologist said "np peeling!!!"...peeling makes ur skin thin,more sensitive n more risk prone! Btw acne is also caused by stress n depression if u r stressed abt something do try to chill out n relax! COMPLEXION: use the milk n lemon method which i mentioned above...it helps increase the glow on the skin n makes it look more hydrated!if u can use unboiled milk with lemon...its the best! Always use a sunblock...it not only protects ur skin from sun burns but it helps maintain even skin tone! Alond oil also helps increase skin glow. WEIGHT LOSS: skip lunch,try to avoid cheese,choco,sodas n creams n do 20-30 mins exercise daily initially n increase the time to 1 hr ...by adding 5 min every day!My frnd lost 16 pounds in jst 3 weeks! HAIR: Oiling n massaging hair makes them grow faster,reduces split ends n increases the circulation of blood on ur scalp n makes ur hair shiny n stong.oil ur hair once a week with olive/cononut oil.....n then put on a warm towel(put ur towel in hot water,squeeze n wrap it on ur head...make sure its not too hot) on ur head for 20-30 min ...remove towel n then massage ur hair for 15 mins...this helps reduce dandruff aswell.For oily hair do it twice a month.for very dry ,brittle n breaking hair do it twice a week. Do not staighten,curl or crimple ur hair very often....it makes hair weak.....donot bleach or dye frequently..... Cheers!
