  2. Don't go without cleansing, toning and moisturizing daily.

  4. Here are some stuff you should fallow: 1) brush your teeth everyday (at least twice). Make sure they are white and your breath smells great. 2) wash your skin using the right products and use a mask once a month to make them look great. Check with a skin specilists to see what you need and what is right for you. 3) exersise everyday and eat healthy as often as you can. Doing P.E. at your school isn't enough! Try adding on at least 30 mintues of exiersise (just simple walking would be enough) everyday. Cut back on junk food, sweets and soda and stict to all-natural and healthy foods. 4) get your own unique style. Don't be afraid of stand out in the crowds and avoid fallowing trends. Be who you really are and not the people and peers around you. 5) wear clothes that are flattering to your body shape and never show off to much skin. Also, try not to get stuck in a trend. Never be to trendy. 6) drinking tons of water helps. It makes you skin glow and look great and it's healthy for your body.
  5. keep your skin clean, oil free but keep moisture in it. shower regularly, moisturise ALWAYS before applying make up. apply mascara to your bottom lashes, not too thick, it provides you with facial definition, no matter what people say, it's a professional beauty tip. cant think of any other right now xD humm.. always put foundation on your eyelids before applying eyeshadow.. eat plenty of fruits and nuts, its so healthy for you AND it's fantastic for your skin. drink plenty of water, exercise regularly. :P good luck
  6. I would say, invest in a good all over high lighter mineral powder. Mine's is Estee Lauder. I don't wear alot of makeup, but I do like to appear pulled together. A good face wash and good moisturizer. I use Clean and Clear with vitamin c and ginseng (it's orange and cheap) but for my moisturizer I used Estee Lauder Daywear Plus. After I wash, and moisturize, I dust some all over highlighter on my face. It makes me look glowing and have more color. I also use eyebrow powder from clinique instead of liners. It looks more natural. A good tube of fruity lip gloss (not too shiny) and you will be in business sister!!! Hope this helps!!! Em
  7. To really make your beauty shine.. start from the inside. By being healthy emotionally and physically it will make you glow on the outside. You would be amazed at what a healthy person appears like compared to a stressed out unhealthy person. A little day at the spa never hurt anyone either though :)
  8. 1. Barely wet your face. Don't put too much that the water is dripping,you just want enough for you to know that you put water on your face but you can barely see it. 2.Take the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and apply the whole thing to your face. 3. Apply baking soda over the brown sugar. 4. Keep it on the whole day and when you go to sleep. 5. Wash your face in the morning. *You can only do this at night when you sleep because you're going to have to keep the brown sugar and baking soda on your face for the whole entire night *

( a good source of Vit. C) and water will keep the wrinkles @ bay. Don't sweat the small stuff, and maintain family harmony-this adds a natural glow to your skin :) Keep skincare and make-up simple-less of a hassle that way and you'll have more time to do those long walks in the country, alone or with your family, that are so invigorating!   11. i know a lot! 1) after you wash your hair, don't brush it when it's still wet, it'll damage your hair. to untangle your hair, use your fingers first or a really wide-toothed comb. then blow-dry. 2) don't cross your legs at your knees too much. you know, like that lady-like way of sitting you see a lot of girls and ladies do. (one leg over the other-like sharon stone) it blocks off circulation to your legs, so when you're older, you'll get uber ugly blue-green spider veins all down your legs. 3)after swimming, rinse your hair with a apple-cider-vinegar-mix, to get rid of clorine and impurities. 4)put petrolleum jelly on your eyelids for a natural sheen. 5) an old toothbrush is good for exfoliating your lips 6) your last rinse in the shower should be a cold blast of water. it tighten and closes up unslightly pores, and makes you glow 7) when applying eye products(for makeup), tilt your chin up slightly to look a bit down into a mirror. 8) open your eyes when doing eyeliner. 9) to lose weight and be trim and fit, cut down on ABC, alchohol, bread, adn carbohydrates. 10) when drinking coffee, tea, or coca-cola, sip through a straw to prevent discolourisation of your teeth. 11) before , during, and after meals, drink only warm water, NOT COLD or ICE water, because cold/ice water solidifies the food in your stomach, causing you to have a big belly. warm water melts your food and helpd in digestion, so you get a slim tummy. hope that helps!
  12. simple...have a good cleansing routine with good products, drink plenty of water - stay out of the sun & always wear sunscreen if you have to be in the sun eat lots of fresh fruit & veggies exersise If you do all this you will certainly look and feel fantastic!
